(In re: Cynthia W. Godwin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Debra Weldon Dotson, deceased, v. Mobile Infirmary Association d/b/a Infirmary Medical Center, [Ms. 1160645, Ala. June 2, 2017]). Mobile Infirmary hospital files another petition for writ of mandamus seeking an order directing the Circuit Court of Mobile County to vacate a protective order contending that the protective order's provision for information sharing in other Mobile Infirmary cases violated Ala. Code § 6-5-551. The Supreme Court on June 2, 2017 (Stuart, C.J., and Bolin, Parker, Shaw, Main, Wise, Bryan, and Sellers, J.J., concur) grants plaintiff's motion to dismiss the petition as untimely.
