GOVERNOR RILEY SIGNS “BABY DOUGLAS BILL”
Research revealed that the State of Alabama had no law prohibiting the administration of drugs by daycare workers to children. Cunningham, Bounds assisted the Hernandez family in lobbying the Alabama Legislature to pass an appropriate bill.
