The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.
This year’s guide stated that the Cunningham Bounds’ team is known for an “expert group of plaintiff attorneys with a long history of major trial victories in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury and product liability." It also noted the firm is “known for its frequent handling of nationwide class actions against significant national and international corporations.”
