Ex parte B.M.F., [Ms. CL-2023-0090, Mar. 31, 2023] __ So. 3d __ (Ala. Civ. App. 2023). The court (Fridy, J.; Thompson, P.J., and Moore, Edwards, and Hanson, JJ., concur) denies the mother’s petition for a writ of mandamus challenging the Calhoun Circuit Court’s relieving appointed counsel of her duty to represent the mother in the dependency proceeding. Citing Rule 21(a)(1)(F), Ala. R. App. P., the court holds the mother failed “to submit ‘all parts of the record that are essential to understanding the matters set forth in the petition,’ which, in this case, would include any documents demonstrating that she had applied for indigent status or otherwise showing that she was indigent.” Ms. *5.
