Jennifer Jayjohn York Named to Mobile Bay’s 2023 Class of 40 Under 40

Jenna Jayjohn York has been named as one of Mobile Bay Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. The 40 Under 40 program is designed to recognize the top individuals younger than age 40 who demonstrate leadership, professional excellence and a commitment to the Mobile, Alabama Bay Area community. This elite group of young professionals is raising the bar of success in the Mobile Bay Area community.

After graduating from Cumberland School of Law in the top 8% of her class, Jenna Jayjohn York joined the Cunningham Bounds team in 2019. In just three years, she has taken scores of depositions, tried multiple cases that resulted in cumulative awards of over $2.6 million and recovered over $5.5 million in confidential settlements for her clients. Jenna served as the lead trial attorney for the first all-female trial team in the history of the firm. Outside of the courthouse, Jenna is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, including the MBA’s Young Lawyers and Women Lawyers sections. She also serves on MBA’s Strategic Planning Committee. Jenna is an active member of the Fuse Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting projects benefiting children along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.
