H2O Sports Manufacturing, LLC, and Chad Roberson v. Sportsman's Marine, LLC, and Hank Miner [Ms SC-2023-0766, Ala. June 7, 2024], ___ So.3d ___ (Ala. 2024)(table). The Alabama Supreme Court affirms without opinion an appeal by boat manufacturer H20 Sports Manufacturing, LLC from a judgment as a matter of law entered by the Baldwin Circuit Court (CV-20-901324) after unjustly suing a local boat retailer and its owner for breach of contract and fraud. Our appellee’s brief demonstrated plaintiffs’ claims were wholly without merit.
