Fertility clinic patients brought action against clinic and hospital alleging deaths of extrauterine embryos were actionable under Alabama’s Wrongful Death of a Minor Act, Ala. Code § 6-5-391 (1975). Supreme Court holds that the Wrongful Death of Minor Act applies to all children, born and unborn, including frozen embryos kept in a cryogenic nursery.
