In Ex parte Musa Properties, LLC, [Ms. SC-2022-1061, May 19, 2023] __ So. 3d __ (Ala. 2023), the Court direct the Calhoun Circuit Court to vacate its order expunging Musa’s lis pendens notice. The Circuit Court then filed notice of compliance with the writ of mandamus and vacated the order expunging the lis pendens notice prior to submission of briefs on Musa’s subsequent mandamus petition. The Court dismisses as moot the second mandamus petition because Musa received the relief it requested. Ms. *6.
