Court grants claimants’ motion to dissolve injunction and lift stay in limitation of liability action filed by owners and operators of barges improperly moored in the Gulf Coast Intracoastal Waterway near Orange Beach, Alabama. Claimants sought damages for injuries suffered as a result of an allision between a recreational vessel and the barges. The district court finds claimants’ stipulations adequate to treat multiple claimants as a single claimant case to allow claimants to proceed with seeking remedies in Alabama state court.
