Lakeman v. PPG Industries, Inc. | U.S. District Court for the Southern District, Southern Division | Case No. 188-cv-716-C

Cunningham Bounds achieved a $2.5 million jury verdict for the wrongful death of an elevator serviceman who died of asphyxiation after using a cleaning solvent that contained a lethal chemical. Defendant appealed verdict to 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Appeals Court affirmed judgment in favor of plaintiff.
